B) DELIVERY TYPE:

   Please note for Express and Priority Post orders, you must provide a physical address (no P.O. Boxes) and someone must be available to sign for the package. Please email your choice of:

• Express Post: $5 Charge, Insured, approx. 2-3 days delivery from shipment date.

                 OR

• Priority Post: $10 Charge, Insured, approx. 1-2 days delivery from shipment date.
